About a month back I mentioned that I thought the Partagas Chicos might benefit from some time out of their cellophane, just in an open humidor. Today (20 August 2010) I smoked one that I had removed from the cello and left in my singles box.
It had been in the humi since 20 March 2010, though only unwrapped for just over a month. I had a pint of Amstel with it and I must admit I think there was a slight improvement for leaving it out of the cellophane. I’m going to open another five to compare.
