Trinidad Reyes

More reviews here. Box code was unknown as it is the third one mentioned here. Smoked Saturday 21 November 2009. Cut with a Palio and lit with a cigar match.

I do enjoy these. Well constructed but the big vein all along one side detracted from its otherwise good looks. Started out as biscuit with an aromatic liquorice note arriving in the second third. Final third brings creamy wood, slightly reminiscent of what I consider characteristic Hoyo de Monterrey flavour.

Very even burn throughout. These strike me as ‘luxurious’. Perhaps a touch expensive for the size?
